Kubernetes under control

For B2B SaaS companies running production workloads on Kubernetes

Is your cluster stable, or has it simply been good enough so far?

When updates keep getting postponed, nobody fully trusts the backups, and the cloud bill continues to grow, an independent outside view helps: it ranks the risks by impact and shows where to start.

Does this sound familiar?

Small uncertainties become costly production issues

Outages often happen when several known but never-prioritized issues come together.

RISK 01

Updates become a risk

Versions and extensions age because their dependencies and impact are not reliably understood.

RISK 02

Capacity remains guesswork

Too much headroom costs money every month. Too little only becomes apparent under load.

RISK 03

Recovery remains untested

Backups exist, but there is no reliable evidence that applications and data can be restored in time.

After the engagement

You know what needs to be addressed first

The audit translates technical findings into business risks and concrete decisions. Your team can then invest where stability, security, and cost will benefit most.

A clear risk picture

Critical weaknesses are ranked by impact and urgency.

Improvements you can schedule

A 30/90-day plan makes effort, sequence, and responsibilities visible.

A sound next step

You know what can be handled internally and where external support makes economic sense.

What you receive

A defined scope instead of open-ended consulting days

  • ✓Architecture, cluster health, and version status
  • ✓Resources, scaling, and notable cost drivers
  • ✓Access, workload isolation, and fundamental security risks
  • ✓Backups, recovery, and failure scenarios
  • ✓Monitoring, alerting, and operational ownership
  • ✓Final review with prioritized recommendations

How it works

Three steps to a clear decision

01

STEP 01

Understand the context

We clarify the objective, environment, and current pressure to act. You then know whether the assessment is genuinely a fit.

02

STEP 02

Assess what matters

I review documentation, configuration, and data and speak with the people responsible for the environment.

03

STEP 03

Make decisions

In the readout, we prioritize findings, effort, and next steps together according to business impact.

This is a fit if ...

  • ✓Kubernetes runs production, business-critical applications
  • ✓Updates or platform work are regularly left unfinished
  • ✓Your team needs direction, not another generic best-practices document

This is not a fit if ...

  • ×You are looking for a 24/7 NOC as part of this audit
  • ×There is no existing or specifically planned Kubernetes environment

Frequently asked questions

What you should know before the call

Do we need to provide production access?+

Not necessarily with write permissions. Time-limited read access and conversations with the responsible people are sufficient for most checks. We agree on the exact access in advance.

Does the audit change our environment?+

No. The audit starts as an analysis. Changes are made only with separate approval and are not automatically part of the engagement.

Is the audit tied to a particular cloud provider?+

No. I assess Kubernetes on AWS, other cloud providers, or your own infrastructure. What matters are your workloads and operational goals.

Do we need to plan downtime for the audit?+

No. The analysis runs while your systems stay in production, using read access, configuration reviews, and conversations with your team.

The next step

Let’s find out whether the Kubernetes Health Audit solves your problem

In a free 30-minute call, we discuss your situation. If this assessment is not the right next step, I will tell you openly.
