RISK 01
The cloud bill keeps rising
It grows every quarter, and nobody can say exactly what for.
EU cloud instead of US cloud
For B2B SaaS companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with 10 to 100 employees, running on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
In 8 to 12 weeks. I plan the move, migrate and then operate your platform. Maintenance happens in the evening, German time, and everything is yours as code.

Does this sound familiar?
Many B2B SaaS companies started on a US hyperscaler because it was quick. Today it costs more every quarter, and your customers' procurement teams ask where their data is stored.
RISK 01
It grows every quarter, and nobody can say exactly what for.
RISK 02
Procurement wants to know where their data lives and who can access it.
RISK 03
If they are out or leave, the knowledge goes with them.
RISK 04
Either your team stays up, or your provider charges a surcharge.
RISK 05
They run, but nobody has ever tested a restore.
RISK 06
It is unclear which services, data and operating procedures a switch would affect.

How tightly are you bound to your cloud provider, and what would switching cost? (about 3 minutes)
Four steps, each with a clear result. You decide afterwards whether to take the next one.
Free, 30 minutes on video
In 30 minutes you see what you pay your cloud provider for every month, and get a first estimate of what the same platform would cost in an EU cloud.
You send an export of your cloud bill beforehand. On the call: your three biggest cost drivers, a rough range for an EU cloud and your strongest dependency on the provider.
2 weeks, remote, fixed price
In two weeks you know whether moving to an EU cloud pays off: with a plan, a timeline and a fixed price.
An assessment of costs, dependencies and risks. Result: today's costs compared with an EU cloud, the five biggest risks, a clear recommendation to move or optimise, and a migration plan. It ends with a 90-minute workshop with your CTO and management.
8 to 12 weeks from kickoff, fixed price
Your SaaS in an EU cloud: predictable costs, data in Europe, no platform team of your own needed.
Kickoff on site, the new environment built next to the old one, migration service by service with a way back, cutovers in the evening, handover as code with an operations handbook.
Monthly
Your platform runs, maintenance happens after hours, and everything is yours as code. With an operations handbook and a handover, your team or another provider can take over operations.
Updates, monitoring, tested backups, a monthly cost check and a quarterly review. Access set up the way you require, logged and revocable at any time.
After the engagement
In the end your SaaS runs with a European provider that fits your requirements, and your team works on the product again instead of the infrastructure.
Your platform runs with a European provider. Provider and data centre location follow your requirements, and you can tell your customers clearly where their data lives.
The cloud bill is understandable, and a monthly cost check keeps it in view.
Updates and cutovers happen in the evening, without your team staying up.
Everything lives as code with an operations handbook in your repository.
Your infrastructure should be invisible: neither expensive nor dependent on a US corporation. Whether and how much you save with an EU cloud, the check puts in numbers for your platform. I do not sell cloud resources and receive no commission on cloud contracts. I am paid for the check, the migration and operations, not through your cloud bill.
97% of German companies with open IT positions struggle to fill them. A specialist handles the migration and operations, so you do not have to build a platform team.Bitkom, IT job market report, September 2026
A planned way back
The old environment stays available until you accept the new one. For the agreed services, I plan and test the way back before cutover.
Handover, not dependency
Everything lives as code in your repository, together with an operations handbook and a handover, so your team or another provider can take over operations.
Evening maintenance
Cutovers and maintenance between 6 and 10 pm German time, with no evening or night surcharge.
Fixed price, not timesheets
The price is set after the EU cloud check, once scope and risks are known.
Kickoff on site
The first day takes place at your office and is included in the price.

Frequently asked questions
It depends on your platform, and that is exactly what the EU cloud check puts in numbers: today's costs compared with an EU cloud, the biggest risks and a clear recommendation. If it says optimise instead of move, I will tell you.
The EU cloud check decides, based on costs, the services you use today, data location and operations, not on preference. One example: formary moved from an agency-run private cloud to its own Hetzner Cloud setup.
The old environment keeps running until you accept the new one. Each service moves separately, and for the agreed services I plan and test the way back before cutover. Cutovers happen in the evening, not in the middle of the business day.
Everything lives as code in your repository, together with an operations handbook and a handover, so your team or another provider can take over operations. How long a takeover takes depends on who does it.
The kickoff takes place on site. After that we work remotely, with shared working hours in the afternoon until 6 pm German time. Cutovers and maintenance run between 6 and 10 pm German time, with no evening or night surcharge.
A fixed price instead of timesheets. It is set at the end of the EU cloud check, once scope, dependencies and risks are known.
