Can you take over an existing cloud environment?
Yes. I start by understanding the current architecture, workloads, tooling and operational risks. From there, we agree on a prioritized transition instead of rebuilding everything by default.
Do we have to move to a specific cloud provider?
No. dthn has experience with hyperscalers, European cloud providers and on-premise environments. The right operating model depends on your workloads, constraints and existing investments.
What remains with our development team?
You keep ownership of your product and application decisions. Together with you, I define a clear responsibility model for the cluster, infrastructure, deployment platform, observability and related operational tasks.
Can you help us migrate to the cloud?
Yes. I can assess whether the cloud is appropriate, prepare the platform and support a staged migration. I will also say clearly when a simpler architecture is the better choice.
What does onboarding look like?
Onboarding begins with access and architecture discovery, followed by a documented risk and responsibility review. Improvements are then planned and implemented according to urgency and business impact.
Is this only for large enterprises?
No. The service is designed for small and medium-sized businesses whose production platform matters, but whose team should not have to cover every cloud specialty internally.
